All members and especially new members are strongly urged to read the rules. As long as everyone here follows them, Brawl Community Forums will be a fun, active community to Smash fans everywhere.

1. No SPAM
Just like any other online community, we have a strict rule of no SPAM. SPAM stands for Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages. If you are seen posting anything that relates to the first three words of that acronym, you will be warned. If you create a thread that fits into that category, you will be warned and your thread will be closed.

2. Explicit Language/Content
We have a zero-tolerance rule on any form of explicit content. Bypassing any of the language censors will result in a warning. Posting any pornographic or explicit material or images will result in an immediate ban. This includes having that sort of contact in your signature. Keep in mind that the users in this forum differ greatly in age and we have to maintain a community that is fitting for everyone here.

3. Flaming and Trolling
Naturally, on a forum, members disagree with each other constantly, however, flaming or disrespecting a member is prohibited. If you have a serious dispute with a member, contact them or a moderator via PM. We will not allow flaming in any posts or threads.

4. Double, Triple Posting, etc.
Please do not "bump" topics for any reason. Posting twice consecutively or more is not allowed, with few exceptions. If you have more to say about something, edit your post rather than creating a new one.

5. Advertising
While we allow members to post external links on the forums, there is no blatant advertising allowed (except in the Advertising room). If you would like to advertise your blog or web site, simply do so in your signature.

6. Account Limits
One account per person! One person per account! You may not create and maintain multiple accounts. Any extra accounts will immediately be banned, even if your first account has been banned. Creating a new account counts as ban evasion. If you have been banned, take a vacation.
